Avoid screenshots on WhatsApp
We can now enjoy this great privacy improvement in WhatsApp. This is the new function that prevents anyone from taking a screenshot of the photos or videos that we send ephemerally.
It was one of the improvements that many people requested as they were reluctant to share ephemeral photos and videos in chats, since other users could capture or record them without consent of the person who sent them. Well, that is no longer possible.
Function to avoid WhatsApp screenshots:
This function only works with photos and videos that we send ephemerally. That multimedia content that we can send so that it can only be seen once.
When we send a photo with the "1" marked, so that it can only be seen once, the person who receives it and tries to take a screenshot will see the following:

The same thing happens if you want to record the screen while we see a photograph or ephemeral video. This image will appear:

The person sending that content will not be prompted that there has been a screenshot attempt. This is something that must be made clear because many users have asked us.
Obviously, this content can be captured in other ways, such as photographing it or recording video with another mobile, but that is something more complex to do and requires another device to do so.
