Apple collecting data without consent?
User privacy has always been one of the pillars of Apple. In fact, many of the latest news and functions that we have been able to see in operating system updates have been, to a large extent, focused on that aspect.

This would be happening even if the users had indicated by default that they do not want to be tracked. Something that goes against the rules of Apple. And the truth is that Apple would be receiving a lot of user data.

At the moment there is no response or reaction from Apple to this news. But it does seem that he is already going to have to face a class action lawsuit in EEUU. We'll see how this all ends, but it certainly doesn't seem like proper practice.
