Apps on iPhone lock screen
Since the arrival of iOS 16 the lock screen of our iPhone has greatly improved being able to add Widgets , live activities and even applications. We can configure it to our liking and make it much more productive than it was before.
For this we are going to use an application that takes advantage of the function «Live Activities«, to install on the lock screen of the iPhone , the app icons of the applications that we want to access from that screen.We simply have to unlock the iPhone with Face ID (open the padlock that appears on the lock screen) to be able to enter them.
How to put apps on iPhone lock screen:
The application that we must download is Lock Launcher and you can do it directly, from the link that we leave you at the end of this article.
Once we download it, we enter it and click on the icon of the island with an umbrella that appears in the upper right part of the screen.

On the screen that appears, activate the option «Live Activities (Dynamic Island)». In the options below we leave “Launcher” activated in Lock Display and in “Show Favorites numbers” we put the number of apps that we want to appear. We put 6 although we are going to show only 5.
Set the dock where the apps will appear
Once this is done, click on "Done" in the upper right part of the screen and return to the main screen where we click on "Add action" to add the apps and actions that we want to have on the iPhone's lock screen .

Click on "Add action" and then on "Choose Action" and from the list that appears we select apps, system settings. Even from the «Edit Action» screen itself we can click on «Website» to add access to a specific website. We have configured the access to APPerlas.com .

To remove apps from the "Favorites" screen, remember that it is by moving them from right to left.
Now we can exit the app and lock the iPhone to see that we have apps on the iPhone lock screen.

The first time we access the lock screen, after configuring the apps, we will see two options from which we have to select "Keep".
Important notice about apps on the lock screen:
If you have an iPhone with Dynamic Island, long press the Dynamic Island to access the apps. If you don't have Dynamics or you do but want to see apps on the lock screen, lock iPhone to see them. We have to warn you that the system rules mean that a live activity can remain active for 12 hours (in Dynamic Island 8 hours), so when the apps disappear, accessing Lock Launcher again will automatically reset the time for 12 hours.
