New arrival with iOS 16.1

We've already had iOS 16 available for our devices for a while now. In fact, we have already been able to install different minor updates on devices compatible with this version that fixed bugs and crashes.

Therefore, the next version we can expect is a "big" update. In this case it would be iOS 16.1 and it is expected to be available on Monday, October 24, that is, in less than a week.

iOS 16.1 will allow us to configure Copy and Paste for each app we have installed

And some of the functions that will improve thanks to this new version of iOS and, predictably, of iPadOS are already being revealed . In this specific case we are talking about one of the star functions of this update.

This is the function that allows us to Copy and Paste between applications. Function that, on the other hand, has not been without errors. Since iOS 16 was launched, this function gave problems asking for permission to copy and paste between apps on many occasions despite the fact that it had already been granted.

The option to Copy and Paste between apps

These bugs seem to have been fixed with iOS 16.0.1, but iOS 16.1 comes to further improve this feature. Once available iOS 16.1 the Copy and Paste settings between apps will change to what we know.

It won't stop popping up that we see right now to give permission to Copy and Paste between apps. But it will improve in the sense that, from the Settings, we can configure this function for each application.

In other words, as is the case with many other privacy functions, we can choose between three options. These three options are Allow, Ask or Deny In this way we can configure if we want to continue being asked for a specific app or if we want to always allow or deny permission. What do you think? Better than so far, right?
