Buy an iPhone with a bigger screen or not?
I've always used the 6.1″ iPhone but last year Miguel, editor of this medium, advised me to try a device with a large screen. I listened to him and bought the iPhone 13 PRO MAX.
Now, after a year since that purchase, I am in a position to give my opinion on whether or not I recommend buying an iPhone of such dimensions. Below I will give you my opinion about it and I will tell you what the screen size will be for the next iPhone that I buy.

When to buy an iPhone PRO MAX or PLUS:
I recommend you buy an iPhone with a big screen only if :
- You are a person who works a lot from your mobile.
- You play a lot.
- You constantly edit photography.
- Edit videos recorded with the iPhone.
- You consume a lot of video content on platforms like Youtube, Netflix .
- You read a lot from your device.
- You want a device with a long battery life. Let's remember that these iPhone have a larger battery than the 6.1″ model and their autonomy is close to 2 days.
- You have a lot of money and you want to have the best Apple smartphone .
If your case is the latter, we have to say that you should know that this device is much heavier than the "normal" model and that to use it you must use both hands. If it pays you, don't hesitate to buy it.
When to buy an iPhone with a small screen:
If you are one of the people who uses the mobile for social networks, messaging, calls, playing from time to time, making inquiries on the Internet, let's go for a more basic use, without a doubt we recommend you buy the 6.1″ model .
This is much more manageable, it weighs much less, you can put it in the pockets of any pants, which you won't be able to with the 6.7″ iPhone and the performance of the device will be just as good as its larger version. Of course, the autonomy of the battery is shorter, lasting no more than a day.
What screen size will the next iPhone I buy have?:
After having tried the two models and using the mobile I make, my next iPhone will be 6.1″. And all this is only because it is much more manageable and light to transport.
I play little with the iPhone, I don't consume a lot of multimedia content, I just edit the photos and videos I record, I don't care about battery life since I always used to charge the iPhone at night and always reached the end of the day with 15-25% battery. And I say used because the iPhone PRO MAX now I charge it in a way, which I already told you about in an article, that will help me extend battery life.
The topics of the web, in terms of photo and video editing, writing articles, managing social networks I usually do from the MAC and iPad That's why I don't use it either the mobile for these tasks, which if I did, would "force" me to buy an iPhone with a larger screen.
Also, a device with a smaller screen will not encourage me to use my mobile more. I admit that the "pantallote" of the iPhone that I have makes me spend more time than I would like, watching videos on Instagram, TikTok and it is something that I want to avoid. The less I use my phone, the more I live life &x1f605;.
