App Weather iOS 16
We have already told you about the improvements that iOS 16 brings to the camera roll, the camera. Apple has added new types of notifications and increased the information that can be seen about the weather. Many of these enhancements have been added thanks to Dark Sky, a weather app you bought in 2020.

The temperature module shows a graph of the temperature throughout the day, including the maximum maximum and the maximum minimum. It also provides a text overview of the weather conditions.

The precipitation module is similar to the previously available precipitation information, which shows a map of where storms are going to hit. The zoom provides a 12-hour forecast of rain.
There is also an interface that provides details on the total amount of precipitation over the past 24 hours, and how much rain, sleet, or snow fell at what time.

We look at a second temperature chart that takes into account humidity, wind, and other factors so you can get a better idea of what the room temperature is like.

UV Index:
In this information we can see the current UV classification and the maximum UV levels during the day. It also provides a text that tells you if sun protection is recommended.

Sunset/Sunrise:
It lets us know when sunrise or sunset occurs. It also includes monthly sunrise and sunset averages and a total daylight reading.

Wind:
In it we see a daily summary, current wind conditions and a graph of wind speeds and direction throughout the day.

Humidity:
The humidity module displays a graph of humidity throughout the day, broken down in six hour increments. It also provides average humidity and dew point.

The visibility module provides the visibility range in kilometers throughout the day, along with a daily summary.

This table shows us the current pressure, the pressure throughout the day, and a reading of whether the pressure is rising or falling.

Severe Weather Notifications:
The Weather app in iOS 16 can send a notification if a severe weather alert is issued near you, so you can warn of major rain storms, floods, hurricanes, heat waves, tornadoes, and more.
You can turn on severe weather alerts for both your current location and any location you've added to the Weather app. To be able to enjoy them you must activate the "Always" location for the native Weather app.

According to Apple , this feature is available in Australia, Canada, Japan, China, Brazil, India, Mexico, Thailand, the United States, and most European countries and regions.

Although not technically part of the Weather app, there is a dedicated weather lock screen in iOS 16. It depicts the current temperature and displays the Weather app's artwork for your location. So if it's sunny, you'll see the sun, or if it's raining, you'll see rain, just like you would in the animated Weather app.

There are also a number of different weather widgets that you can add to any of your lock screens. There's a broader readout with temperature, current status, and high/low, along with individual air quality, UV index, and temperature options.
