Some time ago we let you know that from WhatsApp they were working on the possibility of reacting to messages using different emojis This function, is still in the testing phase and, at the moment, it is not known when it will reach the general public.
If it's in testing, it shouldn't take long to arrive. But, meanwhile, from WhatsApp they are doing more tests with the reactions in WhatsApp. This was recently discovered through the web version of the application.
In WhatsApp we can react to the States with 8 different emojis
As has been discovered, from WhatsApp they also want to implement the reactions in the States of the application. In other words, in the same way as on Instagram, users could react to the states of our contacts.
The way to do it, as in the future with messages in the app and currently in Stories on Instagram, will be through different emojis. And, contrary to what seems to happen with WhatsApp messages, in this case we can only react with specific emojis.
These are the following emojis, which you can see in the image: faces with heart eyes, crying with laughter, surprised with their mouths open, shedding a tear, hands asking please as well as clapping, the celebratory rocket and the well-known emoji 100
The emojis that we can use
Although the exact operation is not yet known, it is more than likely that it is the same as on Instagram. That is, by raising the screen upwards and, once the emojis are displayed, click on the one we want to use to react to the Estado.
It seems quite interesting how since WhatsApp they are paying a lot of attention to the reactions. For now, we will have to wait to see how long they take to arrive and if they arrive along with the reactions to the messages.
