With ImgPlay create your own GIFs from iPhone
On previous occasions we have already talked about apps that allow us to create our own GIFs, such as 5SecondsApp or Live GIF , applications with which we can convert our Live Photos to GIFs. Today we bring you another similar app called ImgPlay.
The operation of the app is really simple and as soon as we open it, it will give us the option to choose photos, videos or Live Photos, from our camera roll, being able to explore the different albums that make up our photographic reel.
ImgPlay is probably the app that includes the most tools to create and customize GIFs:
Once the element or elements that we want to convert into GIFs have been chosen and the app has processed them, we will access the creation screen where we will find various tools that will allow us to customize and finalize our GIF .
ImgPlay Interface
Among these tools, if the element is a video or Live Photo, the app gives us the option to shorten and delete frames. This option is also applicable in case the chosen elements are GIFs , but it doesn't make much sense to use them.
The other tools that the app provides us with to create the GIF are «Invert», which turns the chosen element, «Text», which allows us to add text to the GIF, «Filters» through which we can add filters and "Crop", add emojis and stickers .
Once we have customized our GIF, the next step is to click on the "Save" button that appears at the top right of the screen, which will take us to a screen where we will see a preview of the image and we can share it on various social media as well as save the GIF in our reel.
From the free version we will save our creation with a watermark of the app. If we want to remove it, we will have to pay €7.99.
It is an application that can be found in the App Store:
