Therefore, the first thing we must do is go to the chat of the person with whom we are going to share the screen. To start everything, we must make a video call with said person, since this is how we are going to share our screen.
Once we have established a connection, you will see that an icon appears at the bottom with the name “Camera” . It will be here where we must press.

You'll see that when you click, it takes you to a new blue screen, where this icon of “Camera” appears again, which you have to click again.

Click on it and a new menu will appear, in which we have several options to select. It is time to look for the one that really interests us, in this case it is the “Phone screen” .

We will see that a pop-up menu appears with the Telegram symbol, indicating that we can start the transmission. Now we just have to click on that tab

In this way the recording of our screen begins, we will see our screen as usual and the other person, in turn, will see our screen. So everything we do here will appear to said person.
We also have another way to do it, which will be more or less similar. Once we have the video call connected, we lower the control center and keeping the record screen button pressed, we will see that the "Telegram" tab appears, click on it and it will start recording in the same way as with everything explained above
