After many years using iPhone and after giving many tips to extend battery life on the iPhone, today we are going to talk about the ones that work best. The ones that save the most of all the tips that we have given you during our long career on the web.

If you want to enjoy your device to the fullest and disable as few functions as possible, with just 3 simple adjustments you will notice a great improvement in the battery saving of your iPhone .

It is evident that, after configuring them, the autonomy of the phone will not last many more hours, but it will make you feel more comfortable at the end of the day. And it is that, let's face it, a full charge of a iPhone normal, not MAX, we cannot stretch it beyond one day. That is why if you usually charge the iPhone several times a day, doing what we are going to explain below, you will see how you will get through the night without having to charge it.

The first adjustment we need to make is to set the auto lock of the iPhone to 30 seconds. This will mean that if we do not lock the iPhone manually, the device's screen will be on for a maximum of 30 seconds. To make this adjustment perform the following path:

Settings/Display and brightness/Auto lock and select the 30 seconds option.

The second setting tries to disable the "Raise to wake" function. This prevents that every time we pick up the iPhone it turns on the screen with the consequent drain on the battery. By deactivating this function, if we want to activate the phone screen quickly, we can touch the screen or press the "Home" button if it has one. To disable this feature follow this path:

Settings/Display and brightness/ and deactivate the "Raise to wake" option.

The third setting is to disable background updates. This will prevent our device from working unnecessarily while we are not using it. To deactivate it do the following:

Settings/General/Background update and where it says "background update" press and select the "No" option.
