I've already written several articles about iPhone games, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write about Genshin Impact . A game that has not left me indifferent.
Not only was it named game of the year for 2020, but this year it stands among the best games in terms of graphics and graphic validity, as published in the Apple 2021 Design Awards.
I tell you about my personal experience with Genshin Impact:
After creating a free account and logging in, a download of more than 5 Gb of content begins. Obviously, quality DOES have a place, but in these times when almost nobody has a 16 Gb mini iPhone it is not a big problem.

Once we have seen the initial cinematic, the adventure begins. A small tutorial helps us learn to move, attack, sprint. It's about touch controls, very intuitive and well placed.

Every detail is pampered and taken care of to the maximum. I've been a World of Warcraft player for years, and the truth is that I like this game a lot.

This open world can sometimes be a bit overwhelming simply because there is such a variety of objects and material to interact with as you explore the world. A locked chest that catches your eye out of the corner of your eye could lead to an impromptu quest or multi-step puzzle. Following a fluttering blue fairy can lead to a massive combat encounter or even a lengthy boss fight
Open World
Once you start unlocking new characters, each with their own fighting style, abilities, and elemental affinities, the world takes on different shapes as you get entirely new ways to interact with it. What was once too vast a lake to swim across is now easily traversable with the help of a cryo-type character like Kaeya who can simply freeze the water.Mountain peaks that were once too steep to climb become easy to reach once you unlock Venti and her ability to create wind currents wherever she wants.
Combat revolves around instantly switching between a party of up to four characters to shoot, hack, and blast your way through a wide variety of enemy types.
Each character comes equipped with its own elemental type and some abilities that use that element. By switching between them and using their powers synergistically, you can unleash some seriously effective combinations. For example, if you use Xingqui's water abilities to drench the enemy, the best option would be to use Fischl's electric attack next, to multiply the damage and kill multiple enemies in one go.
Combat in Genshin Impact
If you can't wait to advance in the adventure, and money is not a problem for you, Genshin Impact has the famous pay-to-win. All the most powerful characters and weapons can be acquired by buying them directly in the store, buying loot boxes, although technically they can be unlocked by being lucky with the free currency that we will acquire and earn throughout the game.
