Interesting news coming to Facebook
Again Facebook returns to add news to your application to make it more attractive to all its users. It seems that they are listening to the recommendations and ideas that many of us send them, or post on social networks, and will soon add features that will come in handy for all of us.
It's good to know that they listen to the end user and that they don't always do what they think and develop for a better functioning of their company.
More control in comments, in newsfeed, news in chronological order :
In a blog post, a link that we provide at the end of the article, the company says that we can control who comments on any of our public posts. Some of the options include everyone, friends, or just the profiles and pages you tag.

There will also be changes to your News Feed. Facebook recently launched a new Favorites feature where we can control and prioritize posts from friends and specific Pages. We can access this function in the news filter bar menu at the top of the news section.

Also, in the coming weeks, Facebook will also let us see news in chronological order instead of the algorithmically created default. This is something that many of us have been asking for since the first day it was removed.
Understand why you're seeing suggested posts in News Feed:
From today you can also see more information about the content we suggest in the news feed by expanding the section “Why am I seeing this?” . By clicking on the 3 dots of this type of publication, you will understand why it is shown in your feed .
Facebook informs us of the factors that influence suggested posts in News Feed, such as:
- Related Engagement: A post may be suggested to you if others who interacted with the post also previously engaged with the same group, page, or post as you.
- Related Topics: If you recently engaged with a certain topic on Facebook, we may suggest other posts that are related to that topic. For example, if you recently liked or commented on a post on a basketball Page, we might suggest other basketball posts to you.
- Location: You may see a suggested post based on where you are and who nearby people are interacting with on Facebook.
We hope that, little by little, all these new features will reach the app for iOS.
Greetings.
