1-Check Family Sharing settings:

2- In the "Search" app select the "People" tab to see who you share your location with:
If you want to stop sharing your location with any of them, tap on that person and choose the “Stop sharing my location” option. If you want to stop sharing it with all of them, turn off "Share my location" in the "Me" tab that appears in the bottom menu of the screen.
3- So you can stop sharing photo and video content:
Go to Albums , inside the Photos app , and then Shared Albums .Select a shared album and touch people to see the owner of the shared album and with whom it is shared. If you're the album owner, tap a subscriber's name to see the option to delete it. If you are subscribed, select "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the screen. You can also delete photos you have shared.
4- Stop sharing calendars:
In the Calendar app, select “Calendars” . Select a shared calendar and tap the info “i” to see who it's shared with. If you're the owner of the calendar, tap the subscriber's name to see the option to "Stop Sharing." If you are subscribed, you can select the "Delete Calendar" option that you will see at the bottom of the screen.
5- If you have an Apple Watch and you shared your activity rings with someone, you can choose to stop sharing them:
In the Fitness app on your iPhone, tap the “Share” tab that appears in the bottom menu of the screen. Touch the icon of the person you want to stop sharing rings with and select the “Remove Friend” or “Hide My Activity” option .
6- You can share information with other people through third-party applications:
In this case, check the applications you installed on your device to see if any of them are sharing information and follow the instructions to stop sharing it. You can also choose to delete the application.
7- Restore your device to factory settings and thus stop sharing content ROOT!!!:
If you're not running the latest version of iOS and you're concerned that someone else has had physical access to your device, or if you suspect that someone else set up your device for you, you can back up your device information. yourself and restore it to factory settings.
