A new feature is coming to Apple Music
The streaming music app from Apple, Apple Music, is gradually improving and getting closer to its competitors in terms of benefits and characteristics. Not only does that help Apple Music come out stronger, but so does the integration with all Apple devices
But there is a function that many users of Apple Music have been waiting for and which, at the moment, is not present in the application. We are talking about the possibility of activating Crossfade so that the songs play without gaps between them.
Crossfade in Apple Music has appeared in a beta of the Android app:
Though this could change very soon. And it seems that a setting has been found in beta 3.4 of Apple Music for Android that allows you to activate Crossfade This function would be found in the application settings and, when activating it, would give the option to select the duration of it.
As usual in most streaming music services, the duration could be configured between 1 second minimum time and 12 seconds maximum time. In this way, we could choose the time that we want the two songs to join.
The feature in the Apple Music beta for Android
As we mentioned, the feature is still in beta for Android devices, and while no traces of this feature have been found on Apple Music for iOS, it's very likely that we'll see it soon in a beta for iOSand iPadOS and later in the official versions.
