How to deactivate double blue Check in WhatsApp
It's a chore to receive messages, read them, and it appears to the other person that you've read them. Especially when that person sees that you have done it and you do not answer or react to her writing. Many people take into account when you read a message on WhatsApp and you don't reply immediately.
That's why if you don't like being controlled like that, we're going to teach you how to make those messages not paint the two checkmarks blue when you read them.
In case you don't know, here is a link with which you will learn the meaning of WhatsApp checks.
How to deactivate the double blue check in WhatsApp:
To do this, we enter WhatsApp and access the "Settings" tab. This is on the bottom right of the screen.
Once we enter the application settings, we follow this Account/Privacy route. Doing this we will land in this menu:
So you can deactivate the blue double check
As you can see, we have an option called “Read Confirmations”. That is the option that we must deactivate. We will have to leave it as it appears in the image.
If you read just below it, you can inform yourself that by deactivating this function, we will not be able to see when other contacts have read our message either. This means that if we send a message, the double blue check will never appear and we will never know when that person has actually read the message.
If you choose to deactivate read receipts, when we receive a message from someone and we read it, the two blue ticks will not appear. They will always appear in gray.
We advise that for groups, even if this function is deactivated, read messages will be marked with the blue double check when all members of the group have read it.
And in this simple way we can deactivate the double blue check in WhatsApp, do you see how simple?
It is one of the configurations that we recommend doing to configure WhatsApp in the best possible way.
