WhatsApp removes a feature!

We are talking about the share menu released in iOS 13 This menu made it possible for applications to learn from the use we make of the "Share" option . In this way, when we wanted to share something, the contacts and applications in which we most used the share function would appear at the top.
This function, which was initially only used by native Apple apps, gradually spread. More and more developers integrated it into their apps once they saw its potential. And WhatsApp was one of those apps and it didn't take long for that integration to come to WhatsApp

Reportedly the removal of this feature is due to user complaints. Apparently, for a large number of users of the app the native share menu of iOS did not work well with WhatsApp and generated crashes.
In fact, the removal is due to a bug that causes the iOS 13 share menu to not work properly with WhatsApp causing the feature to fail. And that is why they have decided to remove the function to investigate it.
It is not known how long it will take Facebook to investigate this bug, but it is foreseeable that, as soon as it is fixed, the integration with the share menu of will return iOS. Menu that is much easier than pressing the "+" icon in conversations.
