Apple TV 4K
After some time using the Apple TV 4K, a small device that they gave us for Christmas, we are going to tell you what we think and if we recommend its purchase.
For those who don't know what an Apple TV is, say that it is a small device that connects to televisions via an HDMI cable and that offers us all kinds of content such as series, movies, music, access to our photos and videos captured with the iPhone, games, a multimedia center that you can get from €159 (the cheapest version) at theofficial store Apple and, something cheaper on Amazon
At first we thought we wouldn't get much use out of it but we were wrong.
Apple TV Opinion:
This Apple device is for entertainment use only. With it you can watch movies, series, Youtube, the videos and photos you have on your devices, play any game compatible with Apple TV a leisure center that left us amazed. We can say that he is a decoder but full of vitamins.

Setting it up is as simple as connecting it to the mains, to the TV and having a iPhone or iPad nearby.

In a matter of a few minutes you will be able to use it 100%.
What I liked the most:
- Use Siri to find any TV show or movie. It looks for them on all available streaming platforms and, if you are subscribed to them, it gives you direct access to watch them.
- Search, in any of the apps, through Siri . You can access the Netflix, Youtube search engine by pressing the microphone button on the remote and saying what you want to find. In a matter of seconds it will show you.
- Access to many apps with which to get the most out of your device. We have come to download a free IPTV app with which we could access pay channels and an extensive video store with the latest movies and series.
- Sync with the iPhone and iPad. We can use these devices as a keyboard, TV remote and as a controller to play the games we want.
- Great image quality when reflecting on TV what we are seeing on the iPhone or iPad.
- Access to the photos and videos of our reel is super simple and the image quality is brutal.
- The games we've downloaded, such as Real Racing 3 , are truly graphical marvels. The possibility of playing them with the PS4 or xBox controller makes the Apple TV a powerful game console.
- Possibility of adding automations from the "Home" app and through the "Shortcuts" app .
- Large amount of adjustments to adapt it to your use and your tastes.
Apple TV Settings
Negative aspects of Apple TV:
- We are missing a web browser.
- Sound synchronization with the Homepod should improve. It sounds a bit off when you set it to play on TV and smart speaker. It is true that sometimes it is completely synchronized, but most times it is not.
- We expect an improvement in the actions that can be said to the Homepod to act on the Apple TV. For now, just turn the TV on and off.
Overall we are very happy with it. The image quality it offers is simply bestial. We don't have a 4K television, but we are amazed to see the image quality of the series, especially those of the Apple Streaming video platform.
We encourage you to buy it. From €159 you can get one of these leisure centers that, if you have iPhone and/or iPad, will come in handy.
