Get a refund for a purchased app
The App Store is one of the most extensive and complete applications stores on the market. In it we can find completely free apps and others that are paid. We are going to focus on the paid ones.
Some time or other we have bought a paid app or we have had the intention of doing so, but in the end we have not decided if this app is not as we expected it or we were not going to like it. Well, we have good news for you.We can return any application that we have purchased. Of course, always within a maximum period of 14 days after the purchase.
How to return an app purchased from the App Store and get your money back:

The first thing we have to do is enter a website provided by Apple for all these kinds of problems. To go to that website press HERE .
Once we access this website, it will ask us for our Apple ID, which we will have to enter to have access to all the applications that we have purchased with this account. We can do this manually or through Touch ID or Face ID .
Then all the apps we have bought will appear. We look for the purchased app that we want to return and click on «Report»,to indicate that we have a problem with it.
If the app you bought does not appear, you must wait. Sometimes it has taken us up to 2-3 hours.
Search for the app you want to return
After clicking on this box, we must click on the "Choose problem" button. There we will see all the available options to report a problem about said app, among which is "I want to cancel this purchase" .

Then we will see a brief summary of the process we are carrying out and where we will be asked to confirm the operation. To do this, we must click again on «Cancel purchase».

We will see a notice indicating that our purchase has been canceled and that within a period of between 5-7 working days , we will have our money back in the account.
The money back will be 5-7 days
We will know that we have received our money back when we receive an email telling us that our operation was successful.
