New reactions for Twitter messages
Despite having lost some users, Twitter continues to be one of the most used social networks today, especially for information. The social network is making more and more improvements and today comes, through the app update, a rather interesting update to the application's direct messages.
This new feature is, specifically, the ability to react to messages with a series of predetermined reactions or emojis. Twitter of the possibility to react with a total of 7 reactions that are very reminiscent of those of Facebook on 's posts and messages Facebook Messenger
These reactions are 7 and are represented by seven different emojis
The reactions are represented by 7 emojis which are the following: crying with laughter, astonishment, sadness, heart (to represent love or that we love something), fire, and thumbs up and down to represent likes and dislikes.
Reacting to a message
Reacting on any message sent to us by Twitter is very simple. You just have to press the heart icon with the "+" icon to the right of the message to which we want to react and the 7 available reactions will appear. We can also double click on a message and they will also appear.
Let's use the reaction that we use, below the message to which we have reacted, the emoji will appear and a number next to it. If it is a group chat, the number will vary if more people use reaction and you can see the rest of the reactions below the message.
Twit announcing the feature
The update with this new function is available in the App Store Therefore, you only have to update the app for these new reactions to appear in your messages. But, if they don't appear, you don't have to worry as they should appear shortly after updating.
