In iOS we have the possibility to change the quality in which we record the videos. We have different resolutions available from which we have to choose the one that best suits our use.
Obviously, if you have an iPhone with 512 Gb of storage capacity you can record at the highest possible resolution without any problem. By having so much space, record the videos you record with the highest quality, you will not have space problems.But if you have a 64 Gb iPhone you probably won't be interested in recording at such a resolution. That is why from the device settings, we can configure it to our liking.
How to Change Video Recording Quality Resolution on iPhone and iPad:
The easiest way to change it is if you have an iPhone 11, 11 PRO or 11 PRO Max with iOS 13.2, or higher, installed.
To do this, all you have to do is access the iPhone camera, select the video mode and click on the top right where the resolution in which it will be recorded appears. Clicking on it will automatically switch to the video quality you want to record in.

This way of changing the recording resolution can only be done on iPhone 11 or higher.
How to change it on other iPhones:
To do this we have to go to Settings/Camera/Record video. In the menu that appears we can select the resolution we want.
