iPhone not responding
Today we are going to explain to you why sometimes your iPhone doesn't respond , or perhaps you are seeing strange things on the screen or you see something strange. Don't worry because it's not broken, you've probably activated the next option without realizing it.
Sometimes, due to certain circumstances, we see boxes on the screen or the iPhone speaks only when we click on a menu, for example. This feature is called VoiceOver and it is very likely that you have activated it without realizing it. And we say without realizing it, because by default it is configured in such a way that sometimes, by pressing certain buttons we activate it.
That's why in APPerlas we are going to explain how to deactivate it and leave it so that it never happens to us again.
Steps to follow if iPhone is not responding properly:
When we activate the VoiceOver inadvertently, it is very likely that we activate other functions as well. Also, it's something that one of our colleagues has happened to him.
To avoid and deactivate this function, we must go to the device settings and follow these steps:
- Open settings and go to the Accessibility tab.
- Here we will see all the options that we have activated.
Disable these options to return everything to normal
We deactivate the first two options and leave them as they appear in the photo above. In this way our iPhone will return to normal.
Keep iPhone from going crazy again:
Now, within "Accessibility", we go to the bottom of this screen and click on "Quick Function". Here by default some options are marked that we must deactivate, especially VoiceOver and Zoom .
Deactivates, above all, the VoiceOver option
This menu is to blame for our iPhone doing strange things. Without realizing it, we can press the power button three times, on the iPhone X or higher, or the Home button on the lower iPhone, and have automatically activated the VoiceOver function, which makes the phone seems to go crazy.
Zoom also makes the iPhone unresponsive, but it's more "controllable" than with VoiceOver on.
Without further ado, we hope we helped you solve a problem that happens more than people think.
Greetings.
