3D Selfies on Snapchat
Version 10.66.1.0 of Snapchat brings a new lens to the app. With it we can capture selfies in three dimensions to which we can then apply different filters.
Snapchat is ahead on the subject of filters/lenses. Without a doubt, it is the best application in terms of this type of content and, therefore, it is a reference in that category. It is the platform on which other apps are based for the theme filters. Among the applications that copy it is, for example, Instagram
How long do you think it will take Instagram to copy this new 3D lens?
How to Make 3D Selfies on Snapchat:
First of all we want to show you what these new filters are like:
I have personally tested it and posted my 3D selfie on my personal Twitter account, as you can see below.

To access this new feature, simply update the Snapchat app to its latest version. Once you have it installed, you should know that you can only access this option as long as you have a iPhone X or higher. This is so because it is a smartphone that has a TrueDepth camera that scans a face in three dimensions in a matter of seconds.
If you have updated and have one of the mobiles that we have mentioned, you must access the app and, from the main Snapchat screen, select the front camera with which to take a selfie.
Once we are in it, we must click on the following button to display the menu where we will find the 3D option.
Access selfie options
When this menu is displayed, we will see the option that interests us:
3D Filter
Now all that remains is to take a Selfie and once done, move left and right to apply any of the available filters.
Isn't it simple?.
If you don't see the 3D option after updating the app, we recommend you close it and turn off the iPhone. After a minute turn it back on, go to Snapchat and it should show up (That happened to us).
Greetings.
