Carrying out habits and routines that are part of our day to day is usually, most of the time, quite simple. However, things can get a little more complicated if we want to introduce new habits into our daily lives.
But as usual, technology can help us with it. And this time it's thanks to an app, called Habitify, completely focused on daily habits that will help us stick to habitual ones and introduce new ones.

Habitify couldn't be easier to use. When opening the app we will see a series of sections by which the app is divided. The first is called Diary. In it we will have to add, by pressing "+" the habits that we want to carry out every day. We will have to choose the name of the habit, if it is repeated one day, the start date and the time for it.
The Daily Section
This is quite useful if we want the habits to be repeated on specific days or hours. For example, if you go to the pool one day or if you go for a run several times a day. Once the habit or routine has been completed, it can be marked and it will disappear from the list.
The app also has a Progress section where you can see your progress in different periods of time. And, also, as an extra point, the application offers the app for all devices. In other words, you can have all your habits on all your devices, including the Apple Watch, which makes tracking them easier.

Much of the application's functions can be used for free just by downloading the app, but to use others it is necessary to subscribe to the service offered by the app. Despite this, we can only recommend it to you as it can be very useful.
