Safari Native App
Throughout the day and especially the week, we surf the Internet a lot from our mobile devices. What we do not realize is that every time we enter a page, we are saving a history with all the pages we have entered, saving cookies, data. In another of our iOS tutorials we teach you how to eliminate all that trace.
Without realizing it we are occupying the memory of our iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, with data from web pages. That is why Apple gives us the possibility to delete this history and the famous cookies (data that we send to the web for statistics and issues).By performing this operation, we can free up some space on our device.
By deleting this data, we are not going to delete any of the websites that we have saved as favorites, so we recommend carrying out this process at least once a week or when we want to eliminate the trace of what we visit on the internet.
How to Clear Safari Cookies and History on iPhone, iPad and iPod TOUCH:
The first thing we have to do is enter the settings, since this process is done from here and not from the native app of Safari . Once inside, we go to the "Safari" tab.
iOS Settings
Within this tab, we have all the settings of our native web browser. From here we will be able to configure everything, such as change the search engine (Google, Yahoo, Bing).
In this case, what we are interested in is the “clear history and website data”. Therefore, we go to the bottom of the settings and we will see the option in blue.
Clear Cookies and Safari History
By clicking on it we will eliminate all traces left in Safari, of the queries we have made and of the cookies that we have stored in our native iOS browser.
Click to clear history and data
You will now have your Safari history clean.
