To begin with, I want to comment on something that I never get tired of saying. The Airpods are, after the iPhone, the best device that Apple has created A release of cables, exceptional sound quality, perfect synchronization with any compatible bitten apple product. I am IN LOVE with these headphones.
I've only tried some wireless headphones apart from the Airpods and what do you want me to tell you. They have no point of comparison. The Apple headphones outperformed them in every area.They are more expensive, there we agree, but it is worth paying for them. Sometimes cheap is expensive.
Now let's go with my opinion about the AirPods 2.
Is it worth buying Airpods 2?:
Let's put two scenarios. One if you have 1st generation Airpods and another in which you don't.
I don't have Airpods:
If you don't have it, BUY THEM.

The price is the same as the previous ones. Although people have raised their hands to their heads when they see that the new AirPods cost €229, we have to say that that is the price if you buy them with the wireless charging case. If you buy it with the cable charging case, the price is €179. So, for the same price as the 1st generation, you buy the new ones with their improvements.
I have AirPods 1:
If you have the first wireless headphones released Apple, they are not worth buying. The improvements are good, but not decisive for changing devices.
"Hey Siri":
Being able to give voice commands to Siri through the "Hey Siri" command is something that does not improve the experience of using the device, from my point of view. It's something we can do with our iPhone and Apple Watch In the Airpods we can give orders to Siri by tapping twice on one of the headphones. Therefore, I don't see it as such an outstanding improvement to jump to the new ones.
Wireless charging:
If what catches your attention is wireless charging, say that with your Airpods 1 you can also have it. The wireless charging of the headphones is not an improvement to them per se, it is an improvement that the charging case for the headphones has received.That is why for €89 you can buy the new case and charge your Airpods 1 wirelessly. As you can see they are fully compatible.
To physically differentiate between wired and wireless charging cases, you have to see the charging LED. The wired charging cases have it on the inside and the wireless charging case has it on the outside.
Chip H1:
As for the new H1 chip, say that it does provide a more stable and faster wireless connection. The fact that Apple has created an exclusive chip for headphones is an important step, I don't doubt it, but a normal user is hardly going to appreciate that connection speed. That's what I think. The Airpods 1 work very well and it is true that it is somewhat slow when switching from one active device to another but I don't see it as such a decisive improvement to switch to the new airpods
Interesting news that has not been adapted:
Another of the most rumored improvements was that they would be resistant to water and sweat. This is something that does not appear in the technical specifications of the product. What seemed like it was going to be one of the most outstanding improvements, has been left unadapted and, I think, we will have to wait for the next generation to see it.
Opinion on AirPods 2. Conclusion:
Well, you already know the conclusion. I encourage you to buy the new wireless headphones as long as you don't have the Airpods 1.
I think that Apple has not improved the product as much as most of us expected and, for me, this evolution has been a disappointment.
Now it's time to wait for the supposed redesign of the Airpods for 2020, a year in which we hope they include long-awaited features such as resistance to water and sweat. It was the one that, personally, caught my attention the most.
