The truth is that it is really difficult to take a good photo of something that moves. No matter how many photos we take, the result remains the same and it is a blurred image that looks really bad.Unless we want to take a long exposure photo, nobody saves a shaky image.

That is why we are going to teach you a trick that will make these photos no longer a headache. The result will be what we really expect.

How to Photograph Moving Objects with iPhone:

In the following video we show you the best way to do it. If you are more of a reader, we will explain it to you in writing below:

WARNING that on iPhone 11 and above, the way to burst is different. Click below to learn how to take burst photos on iPhone 11 and above.

The solution is very simple. We are going to have to make use of the burst mode of the iPhone. In this way we will take many more photos in a few seconds, thus achieving several perfect images.

So what we need to do is use burst mode when taking a photoTo do this, we hold down the shutter button (the button to take the photos). We will see that we take many photos in a few seconds, what's more we will be taking photos until we lift our finger from the shutter.

Once we have finished taking the photos, we have to go to the “Photos” app. Here we will have a summary of the photos we have taken, it will appear in a single image.

How to select the best moving image:

Click on this image and we will see that at the top it appears that it is a photo in "Ráfaga" format. And right at the bottom a tab with the name of “Select” . By clicking on this tab, we will select the photos we want to save from all the ones we have taken.

Photo Burst

Now we just have to click on the one we want and that's it.The one we want to select will have to click on the circle that appears in the lower right corner of the photo. In this way we select it and it will appear marked with a "v" where all the images of the burst appear.

Also, at the bottom we will see the thumbnail photos and the iPhone will select the ones it considers to be the best (a circle appears below).

Select the photos we want

Once the photo or photos of our choice have been selected, click on "OK" and a menu will appear. In it we must choose between two options:

  • Keep All: If we choose this option, it will keep the photo in burst mode and display the selected photos as normal photos, outside of that burst.
  • Keep only favorites: Will only keep the selected photo or photos. The photos taken in burst mode will disappear.

And in this simple way we can take photos of moving objects with the iPhone and not die trying. You will be able to take more and better photos with this trick.
