Since the arrival of version 2.19.20 , Whatsapp implemented the possibility of using Face ID or Touch ID to unlock the app. This is a huge improvement since, before, once you unlocked the iPhone, anyone could access your messages.
We all know that an iPhone can be unlocked with Face ID and Touch ID , but if you don't have permission to unlock it using those methods and you know the access password, you can access the mobile the same way.

When reading this message we got goosebumps. It was a SCREAMING FAILURE of the app that should be corrected quickly. We immediately carried out the action that they told us in the email.
At first we saw that the bug was real, but when we calmed down a bit we saw that it wasn't. We explain why:
- If you leave WhatsApp open and the iPhone screen turns off automatically, you will only be able to access WhatsApp as long as the iPhone recognizes that the person who unlocks the mobile is authorized by Face ID and Touch ID to access WhatsApp.
