The truth is that the solution is really simple and in a few seconds our error will be completely solved. What we must do is make use of the box in which the headphones come, the one in which they are charged.

But first of all, we must remove them from our device. That is, you have to disconnect them completely. To do this, we go to the iPhone settings and look for the tab “Bluetooth” .

Once here we look for the AirPods and click on the "i" icon that appears right next to it

Disconnect AirPods from iPhone

We will see that a tab appears to omit the device. Click on that tab and the device will have been completely disconnected.

Now, what we have to do is go to the AirPods box and click on the button that appears on the back. We must press for 15 seconds and we will see that the light in the box changes from green to white.

When we see this light, the AirPods will be ready to be linked again with our iPhone. In this simple way we can solve that error that sometimes makes our headphones not be heard.
