The app is called Kouji
The Augmented Reality and the Virtual Reality are already a reality (and never better said) in many devices. Therefore, it is not a surprise that more and more applications are jumping on the same bandwagon.
This is the case of Kouji, an app that is completely based on Augmented Reality.

What does the Kouji app offer? This application gives us the possibility of creating our own avatar in Augmented Reality so that it accompanies us at all times. Something like a virtual pet.
Avatar customization
The first thing we have to do is create our avatar. To do this, we will have to customize it, being able to choose from a multitude of options. We will be able to customize both the shape of the body and the head, as well as the eyes, nose and ears, and choose between different clothes and accessories. We will also have to give it a name.
Once this is done we will have our avatar in RA ready. To make it “come alive” we have three different options. The first one is the default one for the application and, if it locates our face, it will replace our face with the head of our avatar, being able to take a photo or record a video.

How could it be otherwise, taking advantage of the RA, we can place our avatar anywhere.To do this, we will have to press the avatar icon in the upper right and press the second icon. With the camera the terrain will become scarce and our avatar will appear.
With this mode, if we press the lower left icon we can make our avatar adopt different postures and moods using different objects. Finally, we can place our avatar with a background in the back.
This app can be a lot of fun, and best of all, it's free with no in-app purchases. We recommend it.
