New photo effect on iPhone XI
First of all we want to make it clear that this is an opinion article. We do it based on the first prototype of iPhone XI that we have known and on a premonition that we told you about in 2014 and that may be close to being fulfilled.
In that article we talked about the 3D photos that could be taken with the iPhone of the future. That one of the possible fields that Apple could exploit in the future would be moving photos.
With the PLUS models and iPhone X the Bokeh effect came to photos taken with those devices. With the iPhone Xs and Xs MAX, this Bokeh effect can be graduated at will giving it a more or less blurred sensation.
The next step will be the photos with a sense of movement?

Seeing the arrangement of the cameras that the iPhone XI prototype has that has just appeared on the networks, gives us an idea that something like this can be achieved. By not having the cameras aligned, in addition to capturing the depth of field, it may be possible to capture something more of the background of the focused image.

Obviously, as much route as can be seen in the video, they will not have the photos. But it is possible to achieve that sensation of depth and movement in the images. It would be some kind of boosted portrait mode.
These 3 cameras merged with the portrait mode and the Parrallax effect may be able to give us those impressive images.
It's a rumor we put out and it may not come true, but can't this be the next step that Apple of? What other improvement can you implement in the camera of your devices? This function does not seem illogical to us.
And now it's your turn to give your opinion. Would you like them to implement this function? What function do you think the third camera of the iPhone will have?
We look forward to your answers.
