Using the app is as easy as other scanner apps.To do this, from the main screen, we will have to click on the icon «+«. This will open the camera and we can focus on the document to be scanned. The app will detect the document, but we can delimit it ourselves.
The way to scan documents
When we have delimited the document, if it is made up of more pages, if we select "add page", we can add all the pages that make up the document and, once finished, we will have to press the icon with a tick on the top top right.
Once this is finished, we can see the result of the scan and edit it in different ways. For example, we can keep the color or choose between two grayscales. We can also alter the brightness and contrast.
The main screen of the app
The app has a player through which, through text analysis, the app will reproduce the text contained in the scanned document. In addition, we can organize all the scanned documents in folders that we can create ourselves.
ScanGuru works by subscription method. Therefore, in order to make use of all the functions offered by the application, it will be necessary to make a monthly payment. This, in contrast to other scanner apps, may make it less popular, but it's a great option.
