The app is called Notion. In order to access it we have to use an email, something recommended for synchronization between devices that is most useful.
Notion makes use of content blocks. In this way, we can add different blocks with different tasks to the same list. For example, we can have a list mixed with what we have to do on a specific day or separate lists for different types of tasks.
Personal page template
In addition, in the lists we can add different elements such as, for example, a calendar and from there add events to said calendar. It also has predesigned templates, focused on different types of tasks such as personal pages with different blocks, or task lists with different spaces to keep them organized.
Perhaps the best thing about the app is that it's completely free in both its iOS and Mac versions, as long as we don't use more than 1000 blocks (lists, etc.) and that the files that we introduce in the blocks do not exceed 5MB.
