For a few months we wanted to test a smart call bulb. That is why we started looking online for some of these iPhone accessories.
Obviously there are very advanced bulbs in the field of technology, but we didn't want to start testing the highest-end ones. We wanted to start with a simple bulb to see how the theme worked and, if we liked the experience, gradually increase the level of quality in this world.
We had been searching for days, especially on Amazon, until we came across the Minger bulb. It was on sale and we couldn't resist trying it. Normally it costs about 13, 99 € and we bought it for just over 10 € .

Light bulb box and app
We open it and find the light bulb and the instruction papers. These are very important because it is where we must scan the QR code to download the application that will allow us to use the lamp.
To do this we simply have to focus on the QR code from our iPhone's camera. If for any reason the app does not appear, we will pass it on here so you can download it.
How to use this led light from iPhone:
It's as simple as accessing the iPhone,activating Bluetooth and accessing the app. This will be scanned until it is found. At that point, we can change the name of the bulb.This is interesting, especially if we have more than one Minger type bulb at home.

Once it finds it, we enter the app. If no option appears, we must turn it on from the power button that we have in the upper right part of the screen.

Make sure the bulb is connected to the electrical network. There are times when it is necessary to press the light switch for it to work since it is turned off, no matter how much we want to, the bulb does not turn on. We warned you because it happened to us.
Once we see the options, we are going to explain them all:
Brightness:
From this option we can adjust the intensity of the light emitted by the bulb.
Shine of light
Time Switches:
It is the option that allows us to program the light bulb to turn on and off. Ideal, above all, for when we go on a trip.
Set power off and power on
Delayed switch:
From here we can tell the bulb to turn off after a certain time. We have different options to choose from.

Mode:
There are three modes available:
Color led bulb modes
- MIC: Allows the colored led bulb to change tonality through sound. It is a good mode, especially at parties. To the rhythm of the music the light will change color.
- COLOR: From this menu we can choose the color that we want the bulb to project. We can do it from the colored squares that appear, even using the bar where sliding our finger over it, we can fine tune the color we want. The white color has a range of fantastic whites, from the warmest to the coldest. Within this mode is the “Camera pick color” function, which will allow us to use the camera to capture colors around us to reproduce them in the bulb, using the iPhone camera. We can also capture colors from our photos.
- SCENES: Default modes that we can choose to read, for a romantic dinner, relax, dynamic color change

Unfortunately, the app is only available for iPhone, but by following the tutorial below, you can install the app on your iPad .
We have loved it and we do not rule out, soon, buying and trying a higher-end LED bulb or even buying 3 or 4 more of this brand. They work like a charm.
