GOOGLE NEWS BASES THE NEWS IT SHOWS US AS RELEVANT, IN THEORY, ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
This new service wants to become a benchmark when it comes to reading news. In iOS, at least in the US, Apple News is available and we also have fantastic applications to read news such as app Squid, so we show you how it works and what it faces.
The For You section of Google News
To be able to use this app you need to have a Google account, in addition to logging in with it. This is what the application is based on since, in theory, it works with Artificial Intelligence to recommend us news but, probably, it takes into account the searches carried out and the emails to which we are subscribed.
Thus, we will have four sections: For you, Headlines, Favorites and Press In For you, you will find the news that the app considered outstanding for our account. For its part, in Titulares, we can see the most important news from different categories such as International or Sports.
The Press section and different media
For its part, in Favorites we will find articles and news about our favorite Topics, Sources and Locations, while from Press we can access to different media that offer their services, just as they did in Kiosco.
Google News, at the moment, it is not available in Spain, but it is in the American App Store, so if you want try it, we encourage you to download it since it is in Spanish. This may mean that, shortly, we should see the app in the Spanish Store.
