With the arrival of iOS 11.3, owners of a Apple watch have received another update. The third major version of the operating system for this device has arrived. Now we can install WatchOS 4.3.
It also does so with interesting news that we detail below.
What's new in watchOS 4.3:
Watchos 4.3
- Now we can control the volume and playback of the HomePod from the Apple Watch.
- We once again have the ability to control music available on the iPhone, from the watch itself.
- Table Clock (Nightstand) mode, which many of us use on the nightstand while we sleep, will appear when charging the clock in any orientation. Previously it was only activated when the device was loaded horizontally.
- The Siri watch face shows progress in activity rings and songs added to Apple Music mixes.
- Resolves issue where some users were erroneously awarded awards for Activity achievements.
- Fixes an issue that prevented Siri's music commands from working on some audio devices.
This is all new in this new version of watchOS.
How to install watchOS 4.3 and keep your Apple Watch updated:
To do this you must have the iOS version 11.3 installed on your iPhone.
Once you have it installed, go to the Apple Watch app and follow the General/Software Update path. The new version should appear there.
Now you just have to click on "Download and install" for your watch to update.
We remind you that for the Apple Smartwatch to be updated, it must be with a minimum of 50% battery, connected to the Wi-Fi network and charging in its charging base.
