A few days ago, the ability to add GIFs to our Stories was removed from Instagram and from Snapchat Shortly after we learned the reason, which was related to a GIF that was present in GIPHY searches. If you love adding GIFs to your Instagram or Snapchat Stories, you're in luck, because with this app you can do it again.

To add GIFs to photos, the first thing to do is select a photo from our camera roll. Next, and once cropped, the app will show us a series of GIFs, something psychedelic, that we can add to the photograph however we want.

If instead of choosing one of these GIFs, we press « Add GIF «, we can search for the GIFs that we want. We will see a series of categories such as animals, cartoons or memes, and if we click on any of them, we will see the available GIFs. If we want, we can also search for GIFs by words by pressing « Search «, or choose some GIF that we have in our reel.
The next thing will be to choose one of the masks. What these masks do is modify the size and appearance of the GIF Thus, we can choose to have it appear rectangular, square or triangular, among others. We can also add music from our library of Apple Music

Finally, we will have to save our photo. The app gives us the possibility to choose if we want to save it as GIF or as a video, as well as choose the duration and quality in which we want to save it.
The only downside to the app is that the GIFs that we find are not "cropped", but are the GIFs which we are used to and which may not fit well in the photos. We recommend downloading it and trying it out, so you can use the GIFs in Instagram and Snapchat
