From today we will be able to find out what the new challenge consists of by consulting the website dedicated to activity challenges or from a notification that you can receive on your Apple Watch.
But don't worry, we'll explain what it's going to consist of.
New activity challenge for March 8
We put you in the background, as you already know, next March 8 is International Women's Day. And to commemorate this day, Apple issues a challenge to get you to move more.
The challenge will only be available during that day, you have 24 hours to get it. The goal of Apple is none other than trying to make us take better care of ourselves and be aware that we should exercise to improve our he alth.
We found out thanks to Kyly Seth Gray's tweet, where he even showed us what the badge will look like.

What will the challenge consist of?
The new activity challenge for March 8 will consist of double your movement ring during the 24 hours that the day lasts.
This is a limited edition badge, so if you want to get it, you'll need to consume twice as many calories.
For example, if you spend 300 calories a day assigned to you on a daily basis, on day 8 you should burn 600 calories, twice as much.
It seems like an arduous task, but that's what Apple is for, on its web page dedicated to rings, to give you some tips to get it done. Remember that at the moment the page is only in English.
From APPerlas we also want you to achieve it, so we give you some tips that are common sense, so that that day you consume twice as many calories:
- No taking the escalator or elevator, on March 8th you go up the stairs on foot.
- If you can, go to work on foot or by bicycle. If it's not feasible, park the car a little further away and walk.
- If you go to work or school by public transport, take it one stop later than usual.
- Do you have a dog? Take him for a walk, but this time go to a park that is further away, or make the walk longer.
- Do those household chores you've put off: sweeping, mopping,
- Go to the park with your children, nephews or grandchildren and play with them.
As you see, it's nothing we can't do any other day. But come March 8, you'll have one more motivation to move, a limited-edition badge.
Will you get it? Will you close your activity ring twice? We want to see if you make it!
We invite you to show us your captures of the rings. Right here in the comments or through Twitter or our channel at Telegram.
