"Easy Reach" feature on iPhone
For all those users of an iPhone 6 or higher, they will have been able to verify, especially in the Plus version, that it is somewhat difficult to reach the entire screen with one hand. That's why Apple gave us the possibility that with one hand, we could access the entire screen in a really comfortable way.
For anyone who doesn't know how to carry out this process, back in the day we made a tutorial explaining step by step how to carry out this function.Today, however, we are going to explain the opposite. We are going to disable this feature. In this way, no matter how much we double tap on the Home button, or slide our finger down at the bottom of the iPhone X, Xs, Xs MAX or Xr screen our screen do not descend.
Perhaps many users have not used, nor will they use, this function. That is why they want to remove or disable it from their devices.
How to turn off Easy Reach feature on iPhone:
Here we show you what this function does. In the image on the right we see how the interface goes down. By using the easy reach, we can, with our thumb, reach the options that are at the top of the screen:
Easy reach function
We remind you that this option is only available on new devices with larger screens (4.7″ and 5.5″). To carry out this process, we must access its SETTINGS.
Therefore, we go into them and go to the “General” tab. Within this tab, we have to look for another one with the name of “Accessibility” . From it we will configure everything related to the visual aspect of the screen, audio
Once we have accessed that tab, we must look for the "Interaction" section. In it we find the "easy reach" function, which is activated by default and in this case what we want is to deactivate.
Activates or deactivates the function
Once we have deactivated our screen, it will not descend again when we press (without pressing) the Home button of our iOS device.
And as we always tell you, if you found this information useful, don't forget to share it on your favorite social networks.
