Today we are going to teach you how to configureFace ID on all iPhone Xs, a function that is implemented in these new devices and that we configure as soon as we turn it on.
That the iPhone X has meant a great advance in terms of Smartphones, it is well known. It also incorporates functions that other devices on the market already have implemented, but Apple takes it to perfection. That is why it always makes a difference and also, there is always a before and after with each of the bitten apple launches.
In this case we are going to talk about Face ID and how we have to configure it to get the most out of it or to increase the security of the iPhone.
How to set up Face ID on iPhone X and above:
If you already have this device, you will have been able to verify that its configuration is very simple and that it is very easy to complete the entire process.
But if we want to know all the functions that Face ID has and thus increase the security of the iPhone X, it is advisable to know that we have several options to configure:
- Require attention for Face ID: With this function, having it activated, we will only unlock the iPhone if we are looking at it. In the case of not looking at it, we will not be able to unlock it until we look at the device.
- Attention Sensing Features: By activating this function, the iPhone will not dim its screen as long as we are looking at it. That is, if we are reading something we will not have to worry about the screen dimming.
Activate tabs for better security
These two functions that come within the settings menu (Settings/Face ID and code) of the iPhone, are very important and it is convenient to have them activated. Above all, we must have activated the "Require attention for Face ID",since we will increase the security of the device.
So, if you already have your iPhone X and have everything set up, make sure you have these options turned on as well.
