We have already commented on other occasions that Google has logically created its own ecosystem of applications on iOS We have Maps, Earth and Gboard among others and today, from Research at Google, two photographic applications arrive, Selfissimo! and Scrubbies.
THESE NEW GOOGLE PHOTO APPS ARRIVE FROM RESEARCH AT GOOGLE WITH “EXPERIMENTAL TECHNOLOGY”
Selfissimo! It is dedicated, as its name suggests, to selfies. Are you ready for a photo session? Then it is the application you were looking for. This app makes use of "experimental technology" and will detect each time we change our pose, taking a photo each time this happens. All the photos of the session will be saved in the application, but we can export them to the camera roll and share them.

Scrubbies, meanwhile, is focused on videos. From Google they compare the application with being a DJ creating "scratches" in our videos. Thus, once we have recorded a video we can make jumps in it, creating gaps or spectacular effects.
To view the video we will have to slide up with one finger and once we find the right moment to make the jump or "scratch" we will have to slide with two fingers to create the final video, with jump included. The final video will be saved in the app and, just like in Selfissimo! we can share and save our creation.
Scrubbies, the new Google app for iOS
In addition to these two applications for iOS, also the result of Research at Google, the Storyboard application has been launched for Android, which transforms our videos into comics by modifying their appearance, including frames and adapting them.
If you want to try one of the two apps, you can download Selfissimo! and Scrubbies for your iOS devices from the boxes below.
