In the following video it is explained. It is in English but the images speak for themselves. Also the iPhone and iOS that we can see in it, are quite old, but the way to solve the fault is the same today:
We recommend you carry out the operations in order as they appear in the video. Try the first and if it doesn't work for you, go for the second and so on until you reach the last option.
- We access the apps screen and keep the power off button pressed until the bar with which to turn off the terminal appears. Once it appears, we will keep the HOME button pressed until it returns us to the screen where we have the applications.
- We connect the charging connector and press it down. Once we are doing this we will press the HOME button. Once this is done, we disconnect the connector.
- We will use alcohol for electronic cleanings. We will throw in a cotton. Then we will drain this cotton over the HOME button so that some droplets fall on it. Now with a pencil we will press repeatedly on it.
If none of the first three options work for you, the fourth option always remains. With it we will replace the HOME button with a virtual one. To do this we will enable the Assistive Touch which is a kind of virtual HOME button, which will appear on the device's screen. To activate it, go to SETTINGS/GENERAL/ACCESSIBILITY/ASSISTIVE TOUCH and activate the option.
