For this to happen, there must be a situation. This is that you have to install some new version of iOS on the device. how do we know this? Simply looking at the SETTINGS app icon and seeing that we have a little red circle notifying us of an update. We can see an example in the image that heads this article.
There are many people who do not update their terminals for fear of malfunctioning, lowering the performance of their iPhone,for having Jailbreak done and the truth is that it is a annoying to have that notification there. Also, it takes up space in our terminal.
We are going to teach you how to delete this new version of iOS,that you will have downloaded on your mobile or tablet, to free up space.
Free up storage space by deleting iOS updates:
To do this, what we have to do is the following:
- Go to SETTINGS/GENERAL/STORAGE AND ICLOUD.
- In the STORAGE section, choose the MANAGE STORAGE option.
- A list will appear with all the apps on our iPhone or iPad.
Choose iOS 10.3.3
It is in this list where we will see the update of iOS. In our case it is iOS 10.3.3 and it occupies 388, 4MB. To delete it, click on it and select the option DELETE UPDATE .
Delete update
That way, we have 388.4 MB free on our iPhone.
Another way to free up part of those 388.4 MB is by installing that new iOS. But if you don't want to do it, for whatever reason, we recommend you delete that version and free that space.
