The app in question is GoodCounter and thanks to it we can add all the counters we want and keep track of all of them easily.
To create counters, we will have to press the "+" icon on the main screen of the application. This will take us to a new screen where we will have to give the counter a title, select a color for it and choose if we want it to appear in the widget. Once this is finished, all we have to do is press Save for the counter to be saved.
From this moment on, the counters that we have created will appear on the main screen of the app and we can add or remove elements from the counter depending on what we need, as well as being able to create other counters.
The application has its own app for Apple Watch, which will synchronize the counters that we have added to our iOS device and allow us to keep track from our own smart watch.
If we don't have an Apple Watch, the app also has its own widget for the iOS Notification Center, from which we can see all the counters as well as add or remove items from our counters.
