That our body is properly hydrated is one of the purposes of this interesting app. With it we will improve our he alth since good hydration is one of the fundamental bases for our body to feel better.
Given the dizzying pace of everyday life that many of us have, drinking liquids is something that we have relegated to the background. Waterminder wants to fill that gap and “force” us to keep track of our water intake and other liquids, for our proper hydration.
It is based on our body data, or on the objective that we set for it, to determine how much water we should drink per day.Through reminders, it will notify us when we should drink water to keep our body properly hydrated and/or to reach the daily goal that we set.
HYDRATION IS A DECISIVE FACTOR FOR GOOD HEALTH:
In the following video you can see the interface and how the application basically works.
As soon as we access Waterminder,we will have to fill in some data that the app will use to notify us when we should drink water.
Once everything is configured, we recommend you to change the unit of measurement regarding what we drink. The application has the OZ (US metric) option activated, but we recommend that you change it to ml from the app's SETTINGS. In this way it will be much easier for us to understand everything, unless you are familiar with American metrics.
After this, we must write down all the water and liquid that we are ingesting throughout the day.
And don't think you're going to miss out on drinking. Waterminder will always remind us of that. This is good since we can completely forget about the issue of body hydration and let the application notify us. The truth is that we took a weight off our shoulders.
Through its graphs we can be informed, at all times, of our level of hydration.
If you also have an Apple Watch, you can install the app on it. This device will be used to enter data and to be notified when it is our turn to drink.
An interesting application that we recommend you try. It's never wrong for “someone” to let us know when to hydrate.
