TELEGRAM IMPROVEMENTS 3.16. DELETE MESSAGES AND MUCH MORE

- Use of the network in the "Data and storage" settings: We can now check the data we consume in the app, both in WIFI connections and with MOBILE DATA.
- Videos on quick view sites support Picture-in-Picture mode: This means you can watch the video while doing other things.You will see it minimized in the lower right corner of the screen, just like the Youtube app does and that we show you below
- Added "Report Spam" button in secret chats: A feature we really appreciate and needed. In some other secret conversation we have slipped the odd SPAM. We can finally fight this.
