A while ago I discovered through Snapchat an app that I found very interesting to reward the effort of exercising. The app in question is Wefitter.
What's so special about this mobile app? The answer is simple: with this application your daily effort will be rewarded. Simple truth? Well, it's already taking time to download it.

HOW DOES WEFITTER WORK AND HOW CAN IT HELP ME EXERCISE:
The operation of the app is very simple. Just download it, install it and register. Then you must synchronize the device you use the most to measure your workouts (be it Runkeeper, Endomondo, Runtastic, Fitbit, Garmin, Withings, etc.) or simply synchronize the App with the native iOS He alth application.In this way, all the exercise you do will be converted into points. The more exercise, the more daily points.
Periodically the brands upload certain challenges to the application that each user can sign up for and little by little the different challenges are achieved, or not, depending on the intensity of the exercise.
If you are a user whose lifestyle includes sports, you will have no problem easily overcoming the challenges you sign up for. And secondly, you will only be able to synchronize the app with a he alth-activity device or application. You must choose well when synchronizing it.
