A few weeks ago we announced the new changes that Whatsapp would undergo shortly. Well, they're here. Its new version 2.16.12 brings us very interesting new features in the app's photo editor.
Roughly speaking, we can say that the app is "Snapchatized" by adding features that distinguish Snapchat.
These functions are to draw, add text, emojis to photos or videos. It was said that these "plugins" could only be added to images and videos captured from the application itself.We have tried and we have to say that it can be done with any photo or video from our reel.
PERSONALIZED PHOTOS AND VIDEOS WITH THE NEW FUNCTIONS OF WHATSAPP:
To access everything new that the photo and video editor allows us to do, from Whatsapp,we must capture a photo or video from the app or choose one from our reel .
When we do so, the following interface will appear
At the top we see some options that allow us to rotate and crop the photo or video, add emoticons, put text and draw on it.
When putting text or making a drawing, we can change its color from the color bar that will appear on the right side of the screen.
If you pay attention, just before the gray color below, there is the pixelated line. This allows us to pixelate any part of the photo. A very good option to save, for example, the anonymity of adults, children, license plates
Once we have the personalized photo and video, we can add a comment (if we want) and send it to the person or group we want, by clicking the blue button that appears in the lower right part.
All the videos and photos to which we add any drawing, text, emoji can only be saved on our device, once sent. We hope this will improve it and allow us to save any composition, without having to send it. This will allow us to share the personalized photo or video in other messaging apps or social networks.
Very good improvement and, although they have been copied from Snapchat, we have loved the new functions of WhatsApp.
