Few news brings the new BETA 5 of iOS 10. A change of icon for the headphones of the device iOS and the new sound when blocking the iPhone and iPad . Now closely resembles the sound a door makes when it closes.
In previous Betas of iOS 10 we could see a “headset” icon in the control center. Now we see a kind of triangle with some waves on top.
WHAT DOES THAT ICON MEAN? ARE THE AIRPODS ARRIVING?
That icon means, nothing more and nothing less, that the next headphones that will come with the new iPhone 7 will be wireless and will supposedly be called “Airpods”. This is not to say that they come included in the same box as the iPhone. There are rumors that they will have to be purchased separately.

We will stop using headphones with the cumbersome cable to use headphones that will connect with our new devices via Bluetooth. This has good and bad things. One good thing is that we won't have to fight anymore with the cable. One bad thing is that the new headphones will have their own battery and will have to be charged.
With this new accessory, Apple will be able to gain space inside the smartphone to introduce more hardware or to reduce, a little more, the thickness of the mobile since it would eliminate the jack connector of 3.5mm, from headphones. But then if they don't give away those «Airpods» with the future iPhone 7 and we don't have a jack to connect the cable «Earpods», how can we listen to music? It is rumored that the new iPhone will come with headphones with a Lightning connector, to be connected in the same place where we connect the device to charge.
If this is confirmed, forget about using generic headphones in the future iPhone 7.
