We already have available on Twitter the possibility to retweet or quote our own tweets. This was one of the functions that those of us who use this social network requested the most. Now we can remember old content by retweeting the tweet we want.
Today as soon as we enter our account from our iPad,we have found the news in full timeline .
We have been quite happy and the first thing we have done has been to try it. It has not let us retweet anything since the RT button appeared as disabled. We had to close the app completely to be able to use this new function.
That is why if you cannot retweet each other, we advise you to close the app completely (close it from the background) .
WHAT DO WE GET BY RETWITTING OUR OWN TWEETS?
With this, what we achieve is to refresh old content.
Imagine that 2 months ago you tweeted a text that had a lot of repercussions. Now you can put it back in front of your timeline and remind all your followers of it again.
However, the problem that now arises is how to quickly find the tweet that we want to retweet. But at APPerlas you already know that we look for solutions and below we explain how to find it.
To find one of your tweets, you just have to use the twitter search engine. Click on the magnifying glass and put our username followed by a word from the tweet that we want to find.
Example: in my personal account I want to find a tweet in which I talked about the footballer Arturo Vidal. I would put “Maito76 Vidal” in the search engine. That way all the related tweets will appear.
It will come in handy for us to remember those tweets about apps and tutorials that get lost in time.
In conclusion, an improvement that we applaud and that will surely give a lot of play to all of us who are on the social network daily.
