If a few days ago we were talking about Appy Gamer, an application to keep us informed about video games, today we'll talk about Appy Geek, a very similar app dedicated to technology news and also part of News Republic.

To start using the app, as it happened with Appy Gamer, we will have to select the interests that interest us the most so that the app can show us the most relevant news on those topics.
In the app we will find a bar at the bottom that will help us to interact with it. In this bar, we will find a total of four icons: My news, My topics, Digest and More.
In the "My news" section we can see all the news related to the chosen topics ordered chronologically. For its part, from the "My topics" section we can choose a specific topic on which we want to see the news.
Also from "My topics", if we go to the end of the topics we can see a square with a "+" symbol inside. If we click on it, we can add more topics that interest us, searching for them or choosing between several categories that the app offers us, such as Smartphones and Tablets or Operating Systems.
In «Digest» we can find the most important and relevant news of the day on the chosen topics. These news items will appear based on the number of times they have been shared and the number of interactions they have had.
Finally, from the "More" section we can follow people, see the articles we have saved, access the settings, access the community or our profile, among other things.
